Second Line is at it again. The team behind the wildly popular Southern style dinner at Night Jar have teamed up with the Lingnan to invite you to a down-home Seafood Feast, on February 28th, 2017. You’re not going to want to miss this one, the menu sounds delicious – and if it’s anything like the last pop-up we experienced with Second Line Food Co, it’s going to be delicious.
What’s on the Pop-Up Menu?
Appetizers: “Dim Sum” Andouille Sausages. Pork, Scallion and black pepper links. Served with Southern Comfort Ginger Jam, Taro and Sweet Potato, Creole spiced Biscuits,
Main Course: Sichuan and Cajun, Shrimp and Lobster Boil, (Homemade Second Line Louisiana Hot Sauce. Bed of Roasted Pepper, Mayan Sweet Onion and Soy and Butter Baked East Coast Potatoes)
Dessert Trio: Bourbon Sweet Tea Jello, Toasted Coconut Custard, Shaobing (Sesame Cake)
