The ARK Project is proud to present The ZOOlander Fashion Show! A night of food, fashion, drinks and fun! Where our animals join Edmonton’s local designers to strut their stuff down the runway. It’s the perfect time to see the zoo, adults only, since Zoobrew has been completely sold out.
This Black and White Affair will help to raise funds for your local Valley Zoo and will feature designers and fashion from local Edmonton stores. Featuring fashion lines from Wavvyish, Prairie Couture, Luxx, Mada Boutique, and Momochrome. On Thursday, July 6th, 2017 the ZOOLander fashion show will be hosted by The ARK Project at the Edmonton Valley Zoo, a unique and mesmerizing venue for this show stopping affair. It’s a chance for YEG to come together and see what the Edmonton Valley Zoo is all about – education, conservation, and revitalization.
The ZOOLander Fashion Show also gives the tractable animals of the Valley Zoo a chance to strut their stuff down the runway. Between each fashion line, zoo keepers will be bringing out some of our tractable “models”. This interactive addition to the show provides audience members a chance to be educated on some of their favourite animals.
Cocktail Lounge and Food Vendors
The event itself will be 18+, hosting a cocktail lounge in the event tent on the Wander of the Zoo. The entire Zoo will be open for the evening so audience members will have a chance to see the recent and ongoing changes to the Edmonton Valley Zoo, as well as the additions to come in the next few years.
Local artisans, vendors and food trucks will also be on-site to satisfy any shopping and hunger cravings! Doors open at 7:00pm and the show begins at 8:30 pm.
So come out, dress your best and join us for a memorable night of fashion, fun, cocktails and animals! Dress code is semi formal, black and white –
