April 8th, 2017 will take place in St.Albert. Pease note a few things before reading the locations:
– You will only be given half an hour inbetween classes, they are all within a two minute walk of eachother.
– Arrival time for the first workout is at 9:30 am
9:45am – 10:45am Stop one will be a MoveBall/HIIT Class tought by Alyssa of 4 Points Health And Welness, She will be teaching us at Althetes Nation Soccer Feild in St.Albert. 125 Carleton Dr #105, St Albert, AB T8N 3S6
Moveball is a whole body muscular endurance and cardiovascular workout. Moveball is a HIIT style workout fun for everyone!
11:30am – 12:30pm Stop two will be a FitBody BootCamp. 15 Circle Dr #127, St Albert, AB T8N 3Y7
FitBody BootCamp will be donating a prize to one lucky winner at the completion of the workout.
We will be doing a 1 hour boot camp based around HIIT training (high intensity interval training) focused on fat loss and toning. We use a combination of battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, BOSU training and more! Our focus is to put your body through periods of high intensity mixed with periods of low intensity to cause THE AFTERBURN EFFECT which is caused by an oxygen deficit in your body from the interval training. What does this mean for you? An increased metabolism for up to 48 hours and continuous fat burning!
1:00pm – 2:00pm Our final stop of the day will be tought at Aradia Pole but dont think that this will be easy just because its pole dancing. Expect to be challenged. Our class willbe an intro to Pole workshops is a 1 hour workshop designed to work on strengthening, toning, and learning the art of pole-dancing through a combination of pilates, floor work, and beginner pole moves.
