Get ready for our very first FREE Warm Akhanda Flow class at the incredible Prana Yoga Studio, taught by Sri Sri Lakshmi. The room will be heated to approximately 30 degrees. If you like it a bit hotter than place your mat near the fireplace, if you like it a bit cooler you can than place your mat near the water wall side!
***Please come early as this will be first come first serve. You will want to bring a mat and towel, we have a few available to rent for 2 dollars each.***
Warm Yoga Tips:
Arrive early and be on your mat at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class to give time for your body to adjust to the temperature.
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water before, during and after your class.
