There’s a lot less pressure if you’re actually doing something on a first date, but everyone knows that. Keep those hands busy and conversation flowing with Pinball and beers at the Denizen Hall (10311 103 Avenue).
You can snack on things like mac and cheese wedges, mini corndogs and a wide variety of vegetarian friendly options. You have to try the house made ketchup, and though the service can be hit or mess, you’re always going to be able to find some conversation over arcade games.
There are specials like $9 Burgers on Tuesdays, $10 fried chicken on Fridays – and it can get busy. Be prepared for some noise and crowds if you go on the weekend and if you want to avoid all of that (and any lines to play the games) check it out during the week for a little less of a wait time.
