Best Food Tours in Edmonton
Food tours have been some of the most interesting dates that we’ve embarked on here at YEGDateNight, I mean – just have a look at the downtown Edmonton brunch tour we went on, or the Strathcona Feast Tour. They gave us a chance (and a nudge, because sometimes you need it) to step out of our comfort zone and try something new.
Strathcona Feast | www.edmontonfoodtours.com
Starting off at El Cortez, continuing through the Old Strathcona Farmer’s Market where you’ll get to know the stories how some of the most popular vendors got their start, and finishing up with a tour, beer and dessert at Situation, this one’s a splurge, but will leave you full, knowing your favourite vendors better, and with a bag of goodies to bring home with you.
Urban Pedal Tours | www.urbanpedaltours.ca
Brand new to Edmonton, Urban Pedal Tours will begin with you boarding a bike built for fifteen. Awesome, right? From there, you’ll stop at three distinct locations, and get some fresh air while you’re touring at a leisurely 10km/hour. Beer and drinks are not included in the tour cost, so for this one, you’re paying for the transportation. You will though, get front of the line service.
Best of Edmonton Desserts Tour | www.eatyeg.com
From soft ice cream sandwiches with an pinocchio icecream centres to the world’s rarest chocolate this tour will get your blood sugar boiling. This Saturday of desserts will have you drooling over the best desserts in downtown Edmonton. This tour is for all, unless you can’t do dairy and nuts.
Edmonton’s Best Brunch Tour | www.eatyeg.com
The perfect way to start a Sunday….BRUNCH! And the best part, you get to skip the line. But seriously, we will visit downtowns favourite eateries, see the sights, and meet the locals that make the area tick! We welcome the young, the old and the young at heart on this “eatventure”.
104 Street Feast | www.edmontonfoodtours.com
This feast starts at Kitchen by Brad, and continues to some of the iconic 104 Street locations. Farm fresh tastings, perogies and something for your sweet tooth, you’re going to love the chance to get to know this area of the city a little better.
